This is our version of a mudslide cocktail that is a perfect little addition for your Easter Lunch or entertaining with friends. Actually why not just at home watching TV over the Easter Weekend to pop a smile on your face.
1 small Chocolate Easter Bunny or Easter Egg 30 mls Vodka – we used Belvedere 30 mls Coffee Liquor – we used Kahula Mocha 30 mls Irish Cream – we used Baileys Coffee Flavour 45 mls Pouring Cream Ice
With a sharp heated knife slice off the little bunnies ears or the top of the Easter egg so we can use the bottom portion as our drinking glass
Pop all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until well mixed and chilled
Strain and pour into the bunny/egg and serve

Get Easter moving and shaking with this version of an espresso martini served in an Easter Egg or Easter Bunny.
1 medium Chocolate Easter Egg or Chocoate Bunny 60 mls Vodka – – we used Belvedere 15 mls Sugar Syrup 15 mls Coffee Liquor – we used Kahula Mocha 30 mls Freshly brewed coffee Ice
With a sharp heated knife slice off the little bunnies ears or the top of the Easter egg so we can use the bottom portion as our drinking glass
Pop all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until well mixed and chilled
